Why do politicians fail! They don’t listen to their boss! (The Taxpayers)

I wish politicians would read emails before they have someone respond with a wrong response! #Fail Also, 20 days to respond!! Really???

Dear Senator Richardville,

As a supporter of the Alzheimer’s Association I’m urging you to support
legislation to create a voluntary Charity Tax Check-Off on state tax

Your efforts will help the Alzheimer’s Association continue to lead the
way for the thousands of Michiganders with dementia and the members of
their care team.

  1. Great response from Senator Randy Richardville! I really appreciate your support for this important cause!

    Dear Richard,

I apologize for the glitch that was made on my previous correspondence. Sometimes email messages get filtered in wrong folders, and after responding for hours I missed one.

Last year with my support, the Michigan Senate voted on and passed legislation that would allow this voluntary Charity Tax Check-off for Alzheimer’s. It was never voted on by the Michigan House of Representatives.

Again, I apologize for my human error. To show my true sincerity, I would like to make a contribution to your goal of raising $20,000.

If there is anything else I can do for you, please do not hesitate to contact my office.

    Senator Randy Richardville

  2. Woah! That’s a solid, huh? Nice recovery from his (or his staff’s) error. Thanks for being a voice in your community and for your fundraising efforts – I’m glad to have discovered you online.
